Mobility Networks, the global specialist in accessible vehicle lifts and ramps, is to showcase pioneering access solutions for the bus, coach, PCV and WAV sectors at H.C.R. 2016 (The International Homecare and Rehabilitation Exhibition, Tokyo, 12-14th October, Tokyo Big Sight. Stand 6-21-04).

Established by successful entrepreneur Mike Simmonds, the Mobility Networks Group operates on a global basis providing innovative access solutions to vehicle specifiers, bodybuilders, fleet operators and disabled vehicle owners. At H.C.R. this year Mobility Networks will be showcasing examples of wheelchair-accessible products from across its comprehensive portfolio including:

  • NEW FlexisRamp – a 2-piece folding inboard ramp that provides an extremely lightweight yet incredibly strong solution for safe wheelchair access into a vehicle.
  • NEW FlexiStep – a lightweight aluminium step that can be manually or automatically deployed to provide an additional step into a commercial vehicle. Flashing LED edging is a popular option for greater safety.
  • NEW FlexiWinch – a reliable and safe powered method for pulling a wheelchair and occupant into an accessible vehicle via a ramp.
  • NEW FlexiRail – significantly lighter than traditional aluminium systems, this world-class rail flooring solution provides flexible securement of wheelchairs and removable vehicle seating.

In addition, The Mobility Networks stand will be demonstrating the latest powered Compact Inboard Lift from its highly regarded UK manufacturer, Passenger Lift Services (PLS) and the 2BB Wheelchair Inboard Lift from its Italian manufacturer, CarOil. Mike Simmonds, Mobility Networks CEO comments: “We are delighted to be demonstrating our world-class wheelchair access solutions at H.C.R. 2016 – our expert team will be ready to explain why Mobility Networks products are synonymous with quality, safety and durability. The new Flexi range continues to deliver significant interest at all shows worldwide and we expect the same high levels of attention here in Tokyo.”
