Elefantcar - 1970

Is founded in Suzzara, Italy and becomes a specialist in reliable and high quality lift systems for trucks.

PLS - 1990

PLS (Passenger Lift Services) is founded in Birmingham, United Kingdom, becoming the national leader in mobility and access products.

Caroil - 1995

Caroil Systems S.P.A. is founded in Gonzaga, Italy, and quickly became one of the key European manufacturers and distributers of mobility products.

Acdeos - 2004

Acdeos BV is founded in the Netherlands, establishing itself as one of the leading names in city bus ramps and steps for M1 and M2 vehicles in Europe.

Mobility Networks Holding UK - 2012

The Mobility Networks Holding was established in in Kent, UK (Global headquarters) aiming to provide customers with a single source of vehicle accessibility solutions from across the world.

Caroil acquisition - 2015

Caroil and Elefantcar are acquired by Mobility Networks Holdings, becoming one of the key players in the world on access, mobility and commercial lifts.

Mobility Networks North America - 2016

The MN NA commercial and technical team provide expert advice to local OEMs and Converters within the Mobility Networks product portfolio adapted to North American standards and legislation.

Acdeos merger - 2017

Mobility Networks mergers with Acdeos and invests heavily in top management, high-end technology, ISO certified processes and systems to continue its innovative and leading market position worldwide.

Acdeos commercial agreement - 2020

Lex de Moes acquires Acdeos from Mobility Networks. Supporting the group's strategy to focus on core mobility products, a commercial partnership agreement is also signed, that will see Acdeos become Mobility Networks' exclusive partner in the Benelux region.
